This hideaway retreat is a semidetached,spacious,studio on a hillside of Parnitha/Afidnes,(accessed by dirt road)in a large estate (of 25.000m2),with stunning views,pool access and fireplace!It is ideal for nature lovers,hikers,mountain bikers..etc.Only 30 km from Acropolis or Schinias Beach!
Close to national parks.You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space.My place is good for couples,solo adventurers and families.(No public transportation!Guests must have their own car or motorbike.)

The studio equipped with a fixed bed (160x 200) and a futon sofa bed ,4 chairs a small table, kitchen and w/c with free shower (no curtain).Big veranda with view .
Fireplace and heated floor .
Wi-fi available,but low speed .
NoTV signal.
No Washing machine inside the studio. But laundry service is offered
Pool access .

-The estate is in the woods and is reachable by two (tricky )roads . One small country asphalt road and one dirt road . Last 200m is only dirt road !

-The studio is located in a small complex of a main house and 2 studios . Occasionally Pool is used by few Family members or friends .
