The space
Our rental is a compact, comfortable ground floor apartment of about 900 sq ft, perfect for a small family.

If you are interested to rent the apartment, you will need to provide these details:
1. Purpose for which you require to rent.
2. Information about all in your group, Govt ID proof, names, age, relationship.
3. Your acknowledgement of having read and understood the "The house rules" and Covid19 norms to be followed.

Bedrooms: The two bedrooms are furnished with beds, mattresses, pillows, bed linen and towels. Fresh bed linen and towels are provided on move in. Additional pillows and quilts can be made available on request. The Attached bathrooms have showers, buckets, mugs and hot water. Complementary bathroom toiletries are provided once, on move in only, to help you get settled.

The kitchen: is ready for full fledged cooking. All essential kitchen appliances and utensils have been made available for guest use. With gas connection and two ring burner stove, Eureka Forbes water purifier (purchase of mineral water is not needed) refrigerator, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, chopper, mixer, pressure cookers, electric rice cooker, assorted pots & pans, crockery and cutlery, cooking and serving spoons, food storage containers, etc. Complementary tea, coffee, sugar and creamer provided once on move in only, to help you get settled.

The dining room can seat four and all dining crockery and essentials have been provided.

Satellite TV and Wi-Fi is provided. Washing machine, ironing box, clothes drying stands with clips are provided for your use.

• We are kid friendly: High chair for baby, baby monitor, mini food blender, kids games, books and toys can be made available on request.

• There is power back up (inverter) in case of power cuts and the house is made safe from mosquitoes with electric repellents and screen guards on all doors and windows. This is a ground floor, non-A/C house, four-wheeler parking is outside the house in a safe area.

Ours is a compact ground floor apartment with a homely atmosphere. It is comfortably furnished for a small family of four, we are flexible to accommodate more guest on prior intimation. Floor mattresses can be placed in the hall to accommodate additional guests. This is a safe area for ladies, ideal for small families, relocating, students, staff, visiting relations, medical tourism. With moderate climate most of the year, this is a quiet residential locality.

Grocery shops, ATM’s, local eateries, day care and kindergarten schools, medical facilities are within walking distance. Taxis and autos are easily available. The house is 2 kms from Podanur Railway Station, 200 meters from the nearest bus stop (Eshwar Nagar, Chettipalayam Road), 3 kms from L&T campus, Gee Dee Public School, 1km from Eechanari Bypass road. 9 kms from KG hospital, 6 kms from Aarya Vidhya Pharmacy and GEM hospital, 15 minutes from Karpagam University, 40 minutes to the airport.
