The house consists of two bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with single beds, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and an adorable terrace.

Aircondition is not available because it is not necessary. Believe me, the coolness of our village will be memorable!!!

You can cook in the kitchen as there are all the cooking utensils available as well as enjoy your coffee/tea by the fireplace on cold winter mornings.

Outside, there is a free parking space and for the bold space for a quick shower and barbecue if the weather permits.

The easy access to Limnionas Beach with its nice taverns and turquoise waters (not even a 7 minute drive) makes our place ideal for a pleasant and quiet holiday.

On the other hand, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and anything else you want, you can find it in just 10 minutes in Nea Styra as our village is 8.3 km from there. Nea Styra is located 45 minutes by ferry boat from Agia Marina Attica and about 2 hours drive. Almyropotamos is also an excellent destination for evening excursions and is a quarter of our quiet village.

In the refrigerator there will be fresh juice waiting for you to quench your thirst as soon as you reach our home as well as local products of our village, such as a jar of sweet fig so that your stay will be as sweet as possible!!!

Our house is located at the picturesque village of Tsakei, on the southeast of Evia Island. It can accommodate both couples/families (with children) and youth groups wishing to discover the real beauty of Evia.
The house comprises a main double bedroom, a second double bedroom with two single beds, living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and a lovely porch.
You will not find an air condition because it is not needed. Believe me, you are gonna enjoy the cool weather of our village.
In the kitchen you will find all the necessary equipment to cook, or to enjoy a cup of tea by the fireplace in the cold winter mornings.
There is a free parking position in front of the house. You will also find an outdoor shower pole as well as a barbeque.
The beach of “Limnionas” is less than 7 minutes away (by car). There you can enjoy the blue sea and the famous greek tavernas. The place is ideal for happy and relaxing holidays.
On the other hand, you can find supermarkets, restaurants and bars at the town of Nea Styra, 10 minutes away (by car). You can access Nea Styra by the ferry from Agia Marina-Attiki (45 minutes travel). Alternatively, you can use your car from Athens (two-hour distance). Finally, you have to visit the village of Almyropotamos for your night outs. It is located 15 minutes north of the peaceful village of Tsakei.
On your arrival you will find a refreshing juice in the fridge, as well as some local delis in the kitchen; a jar of traditional fig sweet.
We are happy to give you the house keys and have a short tour around the village.

Μαζί με την οικογένεια μας, τον μπαμπά και την κόρη, έχουμε ταξιδέψει σε διάφορα μέρη της Ευρώπης γνωρίζοντας νέους ανθρώπους και νέα όμορφα μέρη.
