There are some incredible restaurants nearby. I recommend visiting/cycling around Rushmere Park and along the Grand Union canal. A visit to the Leighton Buzzard steam railway is enjoyable

The train from Leighton Buzzard to London Euston takes 36 min. London-Luton airport is a 33 minute bus journey.

Linslade is a really nice part of Leighton Buzzard. I would recommend heading to the the 'Nourish' coffee shop, walking along the canal and walking into town and sampling the beer (from the beer menu) at the Black Lion pub.
