The bus stop that will take you straight to old San Juan is 10 steps from the property. This same bus will take you up and down the tourists areas.

A neighborhood with homes built between the 1930’s and the 1950’s, the neighborhood offers an eclectic mix of Art-Deco architecture as well as mid-century modern architecture integrated with elements native to the island like the renowned “losa criolla”, tiles with eccentric designs that have continued to live on in Puerto Rican architecture since the end of the 19th century.

All rooms include a full bed, air-conditioning, an independent bathroom with shower, sink and toilet as well as access to the communal kitchen for all our guests.
