The space
This ranch estate has been seen in the likes of "Town and Country". It's elegance and charm will make you leave all of your daily stresses behind and escape to a dreamland filled with an abundance of flora and fauna. The pool area with BBQ is a space for sun and water lovers alike. It's privacy from the other daily activity at the ranch make it an oasis. In order to make the retreat affordable for smaller groups of 4 or less, we have sectioned off the lower level of the ranch estate and guests will have access to the entire bottom floor of the ranch. The host lives on the upper level and is available should you need something. However, your privacy is our primary goal so you will only see me should you so desire.
Should you need a third bedroom, an additional room on the second floor can be rented at an additional amount of $95 per night. Each additional guest after 4 ppl incurs a nightly rate of $95 per person.

Guest access
The immediate 30 acres surrounding the estate is accessible to stroll about at your leisure. "Walden Pond" is home to our sheep and pet duck , Spy and can be accessed during your stay. We also have an additional lake venue about 1/8 mile Walking distance and can be accessed for a day rate of $500 per day.

During your stay
Farm breakfast can be arranged/prepared for an additional charge of $15 per person. Eggs/sausage or pancakes served with fruit and juice with coffee or tea.

An Italian bolognaise pasta 🍝 dinner can also be arranged ahead of time for $20 per person. Salad and fresh Italian bread 🥖 to be served with the meal. Chocolate or Yellow cake for dessert with tea ☕️ or coffee
