My place is located in the rising city of Borongan in Eastern Samar. It is close to great views and the city center. You’ll love my place because of the coziness, the views, the people. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families.

Our Apartment opened last July 2018 but it still looks good and new. We are near Barangay Taboc Elementary School and the Provincial Capital. We are also 10-15 minutes away from the nearest surfing beach- BayBay Boulevard.

- PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU SECURE THE NEEDED DOCUMENTS BEFORE TRAVELLING TO BORONGAN CITY AND STAY SAFE ALL THE TIME.

- PALMS APARTMENT IS NOT A HOTEL BUT AN AIRBNB APARTMENT. TO ENSURE THE SAFETY OF OUR GUESTS AND STAFF, WE FOLLOW A CONTACTLESS POLICY UPON CHECK-IN AND CHECKING-OUT. WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT THE APARTMENT, THE KEY WILL BE LEFT AT THE MAIN DOOR. WHEN YOU CHECK OUT, YOU CAN ALSO LEAVE THE KEY ON THE MAIN DOOR. OUR STAFF WILL CLEAN THE UNIT AFTER YOU LEAVE.

- YOUR HEALTH IS OUR UTMOST PRIORITY. CLEANING AND DISINFECTION WILL BE DONE PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK-IN AND AFTER YOUR CHECK-OUT ONLY. WE USED ULTRAVIOLET RAYS DISINFECTANT AND FOGGING TO KEEP OUR APARTMENT CLEAN FROM ANY BACTERIA OR VIRUSES. HENCE, WE WOULD LIKE OUR GUESTS TO UNDERSTAND THAT OUR CHECK-IN TIME SHOULD BE STRICTLY FOLLOWED BECAUSE WE NEED TIME TO DISINFECT OUR APARTMENT UNIT.

NONETHELESS, PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING:

PALMS APARTMENT IS LOCATED AT BARANGAY TABOC, BORONGAN CITY. OUR LOCATION IS NEAR THE MOUNTAIN AREA HOWEVER, WE ARE ONLY 5-10 MINUTES VIA WALK and LESS THAN 5 MINUTES VIA MOTORBIKE AWAY FROM THE NATIONAL HIGHWAY & DOWNTOWN AREA. OUR SPACE IS VERY QUIET AT NIGHT BUT IS VERY SAFE. IF YOU WANT A PEACEFUL STAY IN BORONGAN CITY WITH A NATURE VIBE, THEN WE ARE THE RIGHT PLACE FOR YOU.

Our AIRBNB Apartment Unit is on the second floor. If you have any issues with climbing stairs, please let us know before booking our Apartment.

THE APARTMENT UNIT HAS THE FOLLOWING AMENITIES:

- Air-Conditioned Bedroom w/ 1 Double Bed (52" x 74" in size)

PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE BED SIZE TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENTS BEFORE BOOKING OUR APARTMENT.

Borongan City is prone to electricity blackout especially during Typhoon season. DURING ELECTRICITY BLACKOUT, OUR POWER GENERATOR WILL ONLY RUN FROM 5 PM-1 AM. Only electric fans and lights are allowed to be use this time.

Lastly, WE ARE NOT A HOTEL BUT AN AIRBNB APARTMENT SO PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU KEEP OUR APARTMENT UNIT CLEAN AND TIDY AT ALL TIMES.

Our Apartment is located in one of the biggest barangay in Borongan City with a Mountain view and lots of green plants around.

You might feel that our location is far from the city proper however, we are just 5-10 minutes via walk and less than 5 minutes via tricycle or motor vehicle to the national highway.
