- Own parking lot and a charging station for Electric cars within 200m range.
- I´ve renovated the apartment my self. Including all interior design which is a mix and match.
- You will have the entire place your self, as i´m only lending out my place when i´m out of town.

The space
Fredericia is an old fortress city and the house where the apartment is located is from 1887.

The flat was fully renovated in 2011 with lots of exciting details. The apartment is well equipted and practical as visual design.

A light cleaning is made before you check in.

Washing of the whole bathroom. The whole place is vacuum cleaned. Kitchen and sink is washed of. New toiletpaper, clean towels in bathroom and kitchen. Clean sheets on all beds.

If you are not familiar with AIRBNB do not expect to enter a hotel room like no one else has stayed here before :-)

Free parking lot to the apartment in the yard behind the hose. pls check images.
