As Veteran AirBnBer's, having two rooms available, we are super excited to host you! If you have a need for a group of 4, please let us know! If both our room listings are available, we will be happy to work with you to accommodate your needs. Our awesome accommodations will feel like home! We are close to many area attractions, such as the State Capitol Building, downtown Jefferson City, Runge Nature Area, the Katy Trail, University of Missouri, and the wonderful Lake of the Ozarks!!

The space
We pride ourselves on offering you a modern, quiet, clean place to rest! Forgot your toothbrush? No problem! We have extra travel size items for you, included with your reservation! Pulling a large trailer or driving a semi? Come on by! You will find plenty of free parking here! There is ample room for folks pulling campers, boats, etc!

In your room, you have a super comfy queen size bed, mini-fridge, full closet complete with non-slip hangers & shelves, a 32 inch flat screen tv with roku AND cable, a box fan for noise, free standing heater for ultimate comfort, two night stands for storage plus a desk & chair for work or play! All linens are included in the closet.

Feel free to make coffee (provided in your room) and relax on the back deck while enjoying the wooded view.

Our new (as of Feb 2020) fur baby, Bella, will be in her kennel if we are not home. She will gladly lick you if you would like to visit her though! :)

Our neighborhood is a new, quiet community with wonderful people. We are at the top of a hill, with only one direct neighbor. It is a very safe area, and super easy to get to!!
