Beautiful house for family tourism in the Cudillero vaqueiras braces, in the Sierra de los Vientos.

Completely renovated in 2014 and redecorated in 2020, to comfortably enjoy the peaceful surroundings, the beauty of the mountains and the proximity to the beach.

The space
The farm (Caleona, "wide road" in Asturian) has 2 houses, La Casona and La Casina, which are delivered one, the other or both depending on the size of the group. As part of the safety and health measures following the coronavirus pandemic, we've eliminated the possibility of booking separate homes so that different groups on the farm don't overlap and you can make the most of the experience of being “away from it all.”

La Casona (photos 1 to 38) is the one that opens for groups of more than 4 people, up to a maximum of 12 (6 adults and 6 children) and has for this purpose 3 double bedrooms (2 of them with mezzanine), 1 bedroom with bunk bed, 4 bathrooms, kitchen and large living room with fireplace.

La Casina (photos 39 to 55) is the one that is delivered for small groups up to 4 people or jointly with La Casona for groups over 12. It allows to accommodate 4 people (2 adults and 2 children), with 1 double bedroom, 1 room open to the living room with sofa, 1 bathroom, kitchen with balcony and living room with attic.

Both houses have direct access to both sides of the estate, which has a covered garage, garden, barbecue and sauna.

IMPORTANT: this is a house that is accessed in the last stretch by 6km of good mountain road (reasphalted about 10 years ago, with horizontal signage and wall removal) and 1km final asphalted but quite narrow and without horizontal signage. We recommend arriving during the day for a better recognition of the area and not to have a bad experience in the last stretch of the access.
