* Excellent fit for family travel (Welcome family, lovers and friends)

★ "The lake view house" is dedicated to cleanliness and prevention for Corona 19 for guests' pleasant rest.
☞ We operate at least one day of cleaning and disinfection.
☞ All bedding and towels should be cleaned and sterilized under the sunlight.

* Appropriate personnel : Less than 16 people
★ All items are available on the 16-person basis.
★ You should tell me about the total number of colleagues in advance. :)

★ If you bring some camping supplies, like chair and table, it can makes you feel better rested on the front yard.
* It will be great if you install camping tents and shade canopy on the grass.

★ A camping brazier is ready. You can have a bonfire and quality time!!
* Make sure to put out a fire before going to bed. There is a risk of fire.
* No bonfires on deck due to fire hazard!! . Please go to the lawn with brazier.

★★ Remodeling bathrooms successfully completed!!
★★ Additional air conditioner installed!!
* 2 air conditioners (living room, 2nd story) and 4 electric fans are prepared.

* There are 5 rooms (3 rooms on the 1st floor, 2 rooms are mezzanine)
* Total floor space is about 1,779 sqft (165sqmeter)
★ There is a fireplace in the living room and also floor heating boiler too.

★ We provide all kitchen utensils and BBQ tools.
* You should prepare your own meals/meats/water (drinking water)/ charcoal etc.
* You have to light charcoal for BBQ by yourself. (Free use of all torch, tongs and BBQ equipment)
* Outdoor deck has a roof, so there is no problem with BBQ even if it rains.

* When checking out, please tidy up after yourself, and Don't forget to lock the doors.

[Introduction near the lake view house]
1) Chungju Natural Ecology Experience Center (a 30-minute drive from the accommodation) : You can touch insects and reptiles with your hands. I recommend here to elementary school students.
2) Cheongpung Cultural Heritage Complex and Cheongpung Land (It takes about an hour and 20 minutes by car)
3) Angseong Carbonated Hot Springs (It takes about an hour by car)
4) Deokdong Valley (It takes about an hour by car)
5) Geogung Center in front of Nonghyup in Dongnyang-myeon (a 15-minute drive from the accommodation) : You can taste raw trout and apple soju.
