Holiday Home belongs to the housing estate of "Antiparos Homes". This is a premium 100 sqm stone house that has been built on a ground and a lower ground level. The house is set less than 100 meters from the sandy beach and within 5 minutes walk from the center of Antiparos town.

The space
The houses have a similar layout, based on the typical features of Cycladic architecture. Local stone has been used on the walls and the outline integrates beautifully with Antiparos landscape. The interior follows intentionally a minimal yet cozy décor. Built-in furniture made with forged cement, custom-made sinks, gigantic build-in bath tubs, and masonry kitchen. The whitewashed walls, the polished forged cement floors and the furnishings in earthy tones make Antiparoshomes your ideal Mediterranean summer home. The houses benefit from plenty of natural light, are spacious (140-160 sq meters), and luxurious.

Antiparos Homes is comfortably situated within 5 minutes walk from the center of Antiparos town. You do not need a car or bike to get a good supply of organic fruit and vegetables, fresh fish, and meat from the local shops. Furthermore, you can easily access a great variety of entertainment activities and famous Antiparos nightlife. Most restaurants, tavernas, cafes, pubs, and night-clubs are within walking distance. So you can enjoy it all! The proximity to the beach, the unique feeling of tranquility and connection to nature, the authentic Greek entertainment which lasts long….till the next morning!

Finally, for those seeking privacy and like trekking and bushwalking, and cycling there are quite a few uncharted paths behind our estate. The views are great and on a clear day, the neighboring island of Sifnos can be easily seen. As for nightscapes, the peaceful surroundings are ideal for stargazing, astronomy, and night sky photography.
