“Basilico” villa is one of the three villas of the new “Sofia luxury villas” complex located at Panormo of Crete. The private pool with the sea view, modern and elegant style with various amenities aim to create a greatly fascinating atmosphere.The entire complex is only 300 m. away from sandy beach.
The space
The villa has been built in 2017 according to the specifications of bioclimatic design with environmentally friendly materials.
It is located at the top of the hill of an amazing location with view of the sea. The entire complex is only 300 m away from the beach which has been awarded with “Blue” flag. Additionally, there is “Saint Sofia”, a 5th A.C century Christians’ church.
The residence is characterised by its modern and simple design while it combines the elegance and the aesthetics that promise a relaxed and carefree stay for dreamed holidays.
The ground floor has an elegant and comfortable sitting room near the fireplace and a spacious balcony where you can rest while you enjoy the breathtaking view of the endless sea, the mountains, the village and a 35sqm private swimming pool. Moreover, the villa has a fully equipped kitchen and toilette.
Outside the villa, there is a beautiful, garden with a variety of Cretan plants that offer the most joyful sense of smell.
The first floor has a bathroom and two spacious, airy and sunny bedrooms with their own balconies. They are perfectly located so you can enjoy a peaceful evening with your spouse or family while drinking a glass of your favourite Cretan wine. At the same time, you will be able to see the North with its breath-taking view of the sea and the picturesque village while the other balcony sees the South with the Cretan mountains.
“Basilico” is brand-new villa that has been built according to the most recent and environmentally friendly specifications. It is decorated with modern furniture aiming to offer you a pleasant stay in the beautiful island of Crete. The residence is isolated from the crowd making your holidays more relaxed while offering you the privacy you wish for. At the same time, every facility you will need is very close.

-The first bedroom has two single beds (that can be turned into a king-size bed) and the second one has a double bed with “Cocomat” mattresses (made with natural materials, fiber and caoutchouc). Both of the rooms have wardrobes and bedside tables.
-In the sitting room there is also a sofa-bed (double bed).
-Central heating and air-conditioner are also included.
-Free Wi-Fi in all the rooms.
-Sound system, radio, CD-DVD players and satellite TV.
-Private parking spot.
-Fridge with freezer, washing machine, dish washer, electric kitchen, boiler, toaster, coffee maker, mixer, iron, iron board, hairdryer and safety box.
-Tea and coffee sets, glasses (for water and wine), plates, dinner set for 5 people, wine opener, bread knife, frying pan, pots etc.
-Shampoo and conditioner, soap and body milk O-LIVE made from Greek virgin olive oil, mandarin, lemon and basil.
-Sheets, pillow and pillow cases, blankets, coverlets (100% cotton), towels, bathrobes and slippers are also provided.
-New sheets and towels as well as cleaning of the swimming pool and garden maintenance twice a week.
-Crib and baby-chair are also available (upon request).
