This spacious, fully equipped vacation home occupies the whole lower ground floor of Pefkias Villa. It is completely independent, perfect for a family with kids.

The space
The villa is located in 4000sqm of estate with lush vegetation, safe for kids' play. The property enjoys spectacular views to the sea and the mountains. Pefkias Villa is located 700 meters from the wonderfully protected and picturesque beach of Politika, which extends for more than 2 kilometers with numerous restaurants and beach bars.

The estate has vegetable garden, orange grove, olive grove, lawn and many flowers, decorative plants and indigenous trees. There are many corners with deep shadow for every time of the day, which guests can enjoy, for play or relaxation.
