My flat is small but lovely ( I am slightly biased) It is 1 1/2 miles from the station,with regular trains to Waterloo,&only 5 mins from the M3.
There are 3 pubs,1 restaurant& a supermarket all within easy walking distance.
Guests have full sole use of a single room with a single bed,hanging&
drawer space.The shared bathroom has a walk in shower and you are welcome to use the kitchen to cook or make tea/coffee

My flat is one of 4 in a small block set back from the road with a car park. The room offered overlooks the communal garden at the back.
