Very quiet area, at the foot of gentle hills, starting point of nice paths into nature, perfect both for kids and older people.
The villa is 150mt from the bus stop where you can go to Reggio Emilia or other destinations in the area. Supermarket, bar, restaurants, pubs, gym, swimming pool (perfect spot for families and groups), shops with local food are all at walking distance. Please check the map I prepared with all relevant info.
