Gladiol Apartments' location is undoubtedly our greatest asset. Panakkukang Mas area is generally considered very safe when it comes to street crimes. To ease your mind, we provide laptop-friendly safe in your rental unit. Nearest police station is six minutes away by car. Grestelina Hospital, located five minutes away by car, boasts a 24-hour, top-flight emergency room.

We do ask that guests employ common sense and basic safety measures: avoid poorly lit spots, avoid carrying large amounts of cash and jewelries, and do mind the hectic traffic when traveling on foot. Always lock your rental unit and ensure that stoves are off before leaving it.

We run a casual but professional operation and we are dedicated to making your stay comfortable, your nights restful, and your trip friction-free.

We are new at Airbnb, but we have been in the business for close to a decade. Our guests are mostly expatriates, but we look forward to branching out and welcoming new types of guests.

Our location is our greatest asset. Set within the bustling Panakkukang Mas mixed-use commercial-residential area, guests will nevertheless enjoy a stay at our leafy, even sleepy, gated-community neighborhood.

Guests are only steps away from the vigor and vitality of commerce and culinary scene of Panakkukang Mas. Guests are only a five minute-walk away from a shopping mall, national-chain movie theater, two supermarkets, fastfood chains that also serve takeouts and deliveries. Late-night cravings can be satisfied by visiting dozens of adjacent eateries, convenience stores, foodie shops, and street hawkers.
