Welcome to the beautiful Greek island of Syros and our hospitable and cosy BeachHouse, located on Fabrika beach. Ideal for beach lovers this property is located 7. klm from Ermoupolis port, a The house is located at Fabrika beach, near the large sea-village of Vari, just 7 klm. distance from the main harbor of Syros island Cyclades.
Fabrika is one of the smallest but beautiful beaches of the island Nice sandy beaches, perfect for young kids .

Our favorite beaches certainly include Fabrika –in front of the house- as well as Santorinioi, 10' min walk form the house. Kini, Delfini, Agathopes, Komito and Galissas are also excellent choices especially for more organized beaches (sunbeds and beach bars available at Kini and Delfini as well as Galissas beaches). If you like exploration and nature, do not forget to visit the Sa Mihalis village far beyond the Ano Meria during sunset time (before 21 p.m.!) The view -and food- is amazing! •Apart form the beautiful sandy Fabrika beach, there are mini markets, traditional tavernas and beach bars all within short walking distance (10 to 15 minutes) at Vari. Syros is found almost in the centre of Cyclades, 83 naval miles from Piraeus and 62 naval miles from Rafina. The travel with ferry-boat lasts roughly four hours, while with the modern speedboats (HighSpeed vessel) it lasts least from approximately three hours. Syros island is located east from islands Andro, Tinos, Mykonos, Naxos, Paros, west from Siphnos, Serifos, Kythnos, Kea. From the hill of Ano Syra the visitor can see all these islands and immediately will understand why Syros had developed in the main administrative, commercial, intellectual and cultural centre of Cyclades. It has a population of 25 thousand residents, orthodox and Catholics and the capital is called Ermoupolis
