Beautifully furnished 1 bedroom apartment with an authentic Tempur- Pedic adjustable King size bed, in addition to a Queen size pull out sofa bed. Many great restaurants nearby of every cuisine. Metropolitan Museum of Art is within walking distance. The newly opened Q train line can take you to Times Square in less than 10 minutes. Central Park is only a 17 minute walk.
There is also a 24 hour CVS pharmacy below the building. 24 hour paid parking garage on premises.

The space
Extremely comfortable, and quiet apartment. The authentic King size Tempur- Pedic bed in the bedroom with the black out shades makes for a great night sleep that only 5 star hotels have. Walking distance to many restaurants of every cuisine. 5 minute walk to Carl Schurz Park. Very safe neighborhood. There are 2 48 inch televisions with premium channels plus Netflix.

Hi there, my name is Edith. I was born and raised in Manhattan. To say that I love this city is an understatement. I enjoy hosting my apartment very much because it’s located in the heart of the UES with countless amazing restaurants all within walking distance. Central Park is only a 17 minute walk, Carl Schurz Park is only 5 minutes away. Metropolitan Museum of Art is also within walking distance. Times Square is a 10 minute subway ride (Q line on 86th Street and 2nd Avenue) I take pride in delivering the apartment to my guests by inspecting that it is 100 percent clean, and with some extras that I myself would like to see when traveling.
I respond very quickly before a booking, and always available to answer any questions once the guest has arrived.
