Two bedroom, air conditioned, fully furnished with panoramic ocean view of the west coast. Shared driveway, gated property, car park space. Must like cats and dogs. No smoking. Second apartment located on same level , separate entrance. As both bedrooms are air conditioned, electricity is monitored and read on arrival and the day before departure and usage is charged accordingly.

The space
Two bedroom, one bathroom very spacious apartment with lovely ocean views. The master bedroom has a king bed and dressing area. The second bedroom is a full bed.
Both bedrooms are air conditioned and have ceiling fans. The bathroom has a single sink vanity and step in shower. The living area has a large kitchen with large fridge and freezer, gas stove and oven, microwave, blender, Nespresso (no pods provided), all glassware, crockery, cookware provided. Small washing machine is in the kitchen. The living room has a three seater sofa and arm chair, flat screen TV and cable channels. The dining area seats four. This space has two ceiling fans.
The patio is very spacious and looks out over the ocean - you will not be disappointed with the amazing sunsets. Plenty of space to sit and read a book, sip a cool cocktail or just take in the view. There is alfresco dining area for 4 as well.
Gas BBQ provided - we ask that you clean the grill after use.
Beach essentials only include towels, beach chairs and cooler, no blanket/umbrella/snorkel gear.
Nespresso machine - pods are not provided
Single use shampoo, shower gel, body lotion and hand soap provided on arrival
Travel cot and high chair available if required

Where you’ll be

Saint James, Barbados

We live in Durants Village on Holders Hill which is close to the Barbados Polo Club. Our village is mainly made of locals. There are some local rum shops in the village as well further down the hill. Wendy's Sport Bar in Fitts Village is great for good local food and drinks at very good prices - the beers are always cold and they even serve prosecco! Also nearby is Daphnes, Scarlet, Treasure Beach if you would like to try a more sophisticated meal experience. In Holetown there is a large selection of restaurants, bars, cafes and retail shopping.
