The space
This is a very nice apartment completely renovated and refurbished 4 years ago. It is used sparingly during August. It is ideally situated near Athens, in a cool (i.e. not hot!) location with lots to do. There is a small beach right in front, 3 minute walk, and many cafes, tavernas etc within walking distance.

The apartment is part of a condominium designed by architect Minas Alexiou (who also designed the nearby Marathon Beach Hotel) in the early 70s. It is situated at a location known as Koralli from the fish tavern with the same name, right across the street. It is halfway between the beach of Nea Makri and Zoumberi. The are reserved resident parking spaces that you can use if you have a car.
