This is a total eco designed lodge in Tinos!
Three independent off-grid stone houses on a plot of 6000sqm in a totally natural and unspoilt environment. In the heart of rural Tinos with direct view to the sunrise from the sea, each house has an area of 250sqm of private terraces and gardens, hammocks under the trees as well as full access to the organic vegetable garden. Its perfect for kids and families, it can be rented as a whole for a group of friends or individual.

The space
The small stone house has one bedroom with double bed and a big sofa in the kitchen that can be used as a single bed. Bathroom and kitchen fully equipped and a terrace all around it with dinning table and sofas.

The three houses are far away from each other keeping complete privacy to their terraces and noise.

The plot orientation is East so the sun rises directly from the sea! There are two beautiful beaches only 1,5 km away, Santa Margarita and Lychnaftia, 20 minute walk downhill.

The area is a unique forested area with oak trees, by a stream with big platanus trees and a lot of vegetation, totally unusual for Tinos and the Cyclades. It is surrounded by rural land formed in terraces with olive trees, lemon trees and general fruit trees, small stone stables for the sheep and pigs, pigeon houses and small churches. Its totally unspoiled and pure.
