Our cottage is in historic Summerville within one mile of shops and restaurants. We normally rent by the month or a block of several months which is greatly discounted from our nightly rate. Drive to the beaches in less than an hour or downtown Charleston in 30 minutes. Fully yet simply furnished. Wifi. Off-street (not paved) parking. The cottage is very small--approximately 350 square feet. It is important to note that the cottage is close to West Richardson Avenue which can be very busy.

The space
While positioned very close to the main house, the door opens to it's own private outside area. It was originally only one room. We added a step down into a bedroom and carved out space for a small kitchenette in one corner and the small bathroom (shower only--no tub) in the other corner. There is a built-in closet with a new washer and dryer unit in the bedroom. There are 5 brick steps into the cottage and also a small step from the parking area into a small front yard.
