Villa Aretousa is a traditional villa with swimming pool and sea view, located in a green area, in the small traditional village of Marediana, It has built with absolute respect, from natural wood and stone in traditional Cretan architecture.

The space
The lovely villa is ideal for nature lovers and people who look for tranquility. It offers two bedrooms, an open plan sitting area with fireplace and a fully-equipped kitchen. A lovely partly shaded courtyard with distant sea views, and a private swimmingpool are provided.
Villa Aretousa offers a lovely open-plan living room area with fireplace, television, music system, a dining table, and a fully-equipped kitchen with electric kitchen, big refrigerator, coffee maker, juicer and all necessary cooking utensils.
Villa Aretousa can accommodate 4 guests, offering two air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds, and a double sofa-bed that can accommodate another guest. Two bathroooms, one with bathtub and the second with shower, hairdyer and washing machine are also provided.

It is only 3 km away from the beach and it is at nodal spot for easy access to three of the most popular beaches of the island: Falasarna, Balos, Elafonisi. Falasarna(20 min), Elafonisi(45 min), Balos lagoon(10 min to the port). Also, city of Chania(30 min), touristic Platanias(15 min) and in 2,5 km is located Kissamos town(4 min) where you can find all needed (groceries, super markets, local products, taverns, banks, cafes, health center).Villa Aretousa secluded and built in an olive grove with panoramic view to the Cretan Sea. Hier you have the opportunity to enjoy nature by taking wolks to the greater area and to meet the nearby traditional villages.
