My space has been totally renovated. It has a great vibe, is so perfectly located - you can walk to many cafes, restaurants, Vanderbilt, and live music in under 5 minutes. It's well lit at night, Uber is so easy to use in the area, it is just a great little Nashville hang!

The space
DIRECTLY ON MUSIC ROW: Two in one - a place to work and sleep! Fully Renovated. Walking distance to countless restaurants and cafes, record labels, publishers. Also a separate desk space to plugin your laptop if you're not using the gear...I get many Vanderbilt visiting professors, conference goers, etc. This is the perfect place for anyone wanting to truly experience life on the world famous Music Row.

You'll get a free assigned parking space! Laundry room on site. Linens, towels. We provide shampoo and body soap but suggest with today's need to be extra safe guests bring their own preferred cleansers.

Full disclosure, it gets a little toasty in the vocal booth during the summer! The place is well soundproofed - still, out of respect for the neighbors I try not to blast after 9pm. I've never had a noise complaint! Also, have dinner at my friend's restaurant and mention you're staying at my place (Porta Via...best Italian food in Nashville, best Gluten Free pizza in the world!) and get a free dessert - the gelato is beyond!

My property manager lives 5 minutes from the building and will usually be available to help out right away if there is any issue and I'm out of town!

Amazing area. You can walk to anything - songwriter nights, the Famous RCA Studio B and all the record labels and publishers are just 2 or 3 minutes away - by foot! The honkytonks like Tootsies and Robert's Western World are a straight shot down Broadway - about 10 or 12 blocks! Don't need a car if you don't want one! At night I suggest Uber or Lyft...so cheap and fast!

PLEASE NOTE: The space is really only for one guest - it has one fold out super comfy futon! It can accommodate a couple - however, there is an additional charge per night per extra guest.

You can even eat at my friend's restaurant - best pizza in town!
