Studio-Room just renovated, very luminous and located in a representative property in one of the best areas of fancy Salamanca neighbourhood in Madrid. It counts with a private bathroom and the room is also fully-equiped itself.

The apartment has all the amenities and facilities for a nice and relax stay in Madrid. IT DOES NOT HAVE A KITCHEN.
It is perfectly located for IE Business School stays.

This beautiful and just renovated room has a very fonctional and modern decoration. It counts with a desk table for reading or studying next to the window which makes it a very bright place. Also, it counts with a large closet for a comfy clothes stocking.
