Well appointed 3 bedroom home featuring a deck overlooking the pool for evening cocktails. Located on a quiet cul de sac in a mature neighborhood. The pool is open from about mid May until about the first September.
The pool NOT heated except by the sun. The kitchen is fully equipped.

The space
This 2,400 square feet home features three floors, the downstairs for living and the 3 bedrooms upstairs. There are 2 full bathrooms upstairs which have showers but no bathtub, and a half bath downstairs. The basement houses the washer and dryer. The 2 car garage and driveway provide ample parking. The fenced in back yard includes a deck, the pool and a small fish pond.
It is important to note this house is not suitable for children 6 and under. Parents please supervise your children at all times. Please treat our home with respect.

I love to container garden, spend time in my pool, to go to the farm with my husband and to have lunch every Monday with my Yayas.
