The apartment is located at the aristocratic neighbourhood of Filothei, one of the safest and "greenest" neighbourhoods of Athens, right next to the bus stop which'll take you to the centre. It's ideal for couples, small families or anyone looking for a place to relax and recharge their batteries. So, reward yourself after a long day of sightseeing with a dive at the swimming pool, or use it as an excuse to stay in, you choose!

The space
The apartment is on the first floor of the building shown at the picture, on the kitchen garden side.
The radiant floors will keep you in the best temperature,and the morning sunlight bathing the apartment will make the perfect scenery for your early day espresso! If you are into training you can take advantage of the neighbourhood for some unforgettable evening joggings! You can also use the kitchen for some low-cost dinners.(butcher shop and mini market are located 120m from the house).Internet connection goes without saying, you will have free high speed internet anywhere in the house!
Any person renting this apartment, will have access to the huge swimming pool, with a maximum depth of 3 meters (!), which especially in summer will make you not wanting to leave the house!
PS: The swimming pool, which by the way just got maintaned and is fully usable, is shared with yours and only other two apartments of the building.

If you have been around a couple of Athens' neighbourhoods I am sure you will love Filothei. You should internet-search it as well and you will be amused by how green, how quite and how different this suburb looks like, although it's so close to the city centre. I am sure a visit will convince you!
Also, in case you are into running, you can take advantage of the neighbourhood for some unforgettable evening joggings!
