The space
Large parking space, useful barbeque, front grass garden with artificial waterfalls, backyard with orange, mandarin and lemon trees, spacious living room with marble floor and 2 marble fireplaces.
All the furniture and the kitchen is wood carved in classic style.
Large independent balconies for each bedroom and living room, provide privacy.
One bathroom, one WC and a large marble master bathroom in the master bedroom. English porcelain toilets, vitro glass and mosaics.
Wooden floors in each bedroom and focus to detailed classic decoration with luxury materials.
Can be perfect for summer or winter holidays as it combines easy access to the sea and the mountain.
The house has view both to the sea and to the mountain of Dionisos.
The location is perfect for seaside walking and cycling on very wide pedestrians that continue wide and safe until Marathon, 9 Km away.
The area is also ideal for sea sports, clubing, it has lots of taverns and restaurants to discover the traditional greek gastronomy especially fish food.

Peacefull and quite, ideal for relaxing vacation in the green garden. The beach is in 100 meters, so you can go swimming on foot if you don't want to drive till the famous beach of Sxoinias in Marathon.
