The space
The apartment is on the 4th floor of the house. The apartment has underfloor heating throughout.
The location is very quiet, with very good access to public transport. Close to the city center. Most is accessible on foot in a comfortable walking distance. The opera is as in about 12 minutes walking distance, the "Landstraße" (main shopping street and pedestrian zone in the center) is also less than a 15-minute walk.
In front of the house is free parking available.
