On the island of Evia, on the beach of Limionas Tsakeon, Nea Stira, in southeastern Evia (Euboea), on a sandy beach of the crystal clear Aegean, there is a stone, atmospheric villa ideal for families with children or for groups of up to 8 people, 2-2:1/2 hours from Athens by boat or by car, which is waiting to accommodate you.

The space
The property is a traditional stone house of 105 square meters with bioclimatic standards and large covered terraces on an estate of 2500 square meters full of olive trees, cypresses and oleanders in direct contact with the sand. The view is unique, but you can discover the hidden sea caves of the beach and swim from the small island in front of it.

It consists of two double bedrooms, a spacious loft with a double bed and two single beds, a large living room combined with fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and WC on the ground floor and an outdoor shower with hot water.
The home has privacy and ample parking.

Outside, for cooking enthusiasts there is a barbecue and an electric stove with a sea view.
The fully equipped kitchen has all the necessary appliances for preparing food as well as basic raw materials like oil, honey, wine and jam (local home made products).
On the largest olive estate there is a constructed wooden deck where you can relax with a book and a glass of wine!

Where you’ll be

Nea Stira, Greece

The landscape is covered with olive trees, vines, fig trees, almond trees and vegetable crops from where you can directly purchase fresh fruits and vegetables of the region. In addition you can obtain excellent honey, wine, oil, milk, meat and fish from the hospitable local producers!
Within 3 minutes you can walk to a lovely sandy beach with four more restaurants where you can taste fresh fish, local meats and vegetables and local delicacies, or place an order and bring you your favorite food at home.

The villages Tsakaioi and Mesochoria are a three minute drive and 13 minutes away is the town and port of Nea Styra, where you can buy all the necessary goods in a variety of stores. There one can enjoy the West in the calm waters of the Evian Gulf, on the other side of the island and swim in the clear water.

Within an hour by car you can find beautiful and secluded beaches, cool canyons and unique routes on foot or by car, privately or with organized groups do scuba diving and other water sports.
The guest house is located just 2 hours about from Athens and from the International Airport Eleftherios (URL HIDDEN) is accessible by road via Halkida bridge or by ferry. The ferryboat service at Agia Marina Attica to Nea Styra runs every hour daily in Summer. Both sea and road access are ideal.

I love Evia island because it is still unadulterated and has hidden beauties, so close to Athens, for exploration.
On this criterion, we choose Alexander and me this virgin place in Euboea to build our country house, villapetramarina in Greece and from June of 2022 Maria continues to work to make out house still more atractiv to our guests and i help her for that.
