Just 30 minutes from Athens, 10 minutes from the port of Rafina and 10 minutes from the historic Marathon.

In an estate of 2 acres, there are two separate detached houses, opposite each other, 40 meters apart.

Our beloved home Turdus merula has a total surface of 175 sq.m., located on the ground floor.

It includes a large bedroom with an internal bathroom, a large double bed, wardrobes and a library.

Two comfortable bedrooms, with two single beds each and storage closets.
All bedrooms have A+++ class air conditioners and work tables, as well as blackout blinds.

An open plan area of 100 sq.m includes a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with comfortable sofas, a dining room, a large bathroom and two living rooms/beds.
The area is air-conditioned and has perimeter sliding with thermal insulating safety windows with shades for sun protection and privacy, but also for unlimited views of the garden and the pool, while turning the area into a patio.

Externally, both the surrounding area with the many flowers and trees decorative, fruit and vegetables, properly fenced and well protected, as well as the interiors, are all made with passion and personal care with the sole purpose of removing any negative mood and emotion and at the same time creating a sense of peace and security, without feeling the need to go out.

Nevertheless, the property is located very close, within walking distance, to one of the most beautiful resorts of the inhabitants of Athens, as it is a nearby paradise for them, just 40 minutes from the historical center of Athens, which literally floods the area, mainly during the summer months.
