Typical and exclusive land/roof house, located on the sea of Tellaro, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, with private access to the rocks that offers a breathtaking view. In front of you the sea, Portovenere and the island of Palmaria that you can appreciate from the terrace( see photo) during your breakfasts and during your candlelit dinners. You will find all the ingredients for an unforgettable stay, a real Nest of Love, where only the sound of the sea will accompany your stay.

The space
The house is a typical Ligurian house built by fishermen around the year 1000 approx., directly on the rocks facing the sea . It is located right on the extreme tip of the village next to the small and famous church of Tellaro . With a breathtaking view and a unique location.. you won't be surprised... you won't even have to leave the house to take a bath, but simply go to the terrace and open the gate ... ! The tower house is a typical Ligurian house, REACHABLE ONLY ON FOOT, from the town's central square where the driveway ends and the pedestrian area begins (3 minutes from the square ) . Its typical feature consists of having 1 room per floor, all connected by an internal staircase and spread over 4 floors. Accommodates up to 3 adults, given the size and distribution of the rooms (see photographs)
THE HOUSE IS DEVELOPED : -
ground floor: small kitchenette( see photo) equipped with everything you need to cook, with a terrace (see photo) that will allow you to access the sea directly from home and have the opportunity to shower on your return. Here you can have breakfast or dinner by candlelit enjoying a magnificent view ( as pictured)
- first floor: bathroom with bathtub, soap phone and towels.
-second floor, small living room with sofa bed with double bed (French bed)
-third and top floor double bedroom with ceiling with wooden beams, which will excite you!! From the window facing the sea, you can look at the sea and hear its noise at any time ( see photo ).You will experience " sleeping in the sea" . Check-in is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Check-out by 11 a.m. The exact street of the apartment is: Via XXIV Maggio 11 and can only be reached on foot.

The apartment is located in the heart of the historic center of the village of Tellaro, (one of the most beautiful villages in Italy), reachable only by walking down the typical Ligurian streets. It is located in an exclusive and unique place, from which you can directly access the sea thanks to a private access. Nearby are bars, very typical restaurants, pizzerias, groceries, tobacconist/newsagent and a bazaar. From Tellaro you can easily reach the characteristic village of Lerici , the capital town , just 4 km away and reachable by bus or private means or using pedestrian paths as well as the nearby village of San Terenzo. For lovers of walks, from Tellaro there are many paths for beautiful hikes among the characteristic Ligurian vegetation, which will offer you spectacular and unique views that you will not forget!
Being a typical Ligurian house, which is spread over four floors with internal stairs, I consider it " unsuitable " for families with children under 6 years.
Tellaro, a town that leaves you breathless for the panorama that sees protagonists: peace, sea, sky, rocks and mountains,
the ancient fortified village with its narrow streets, staircases, the church of St. George of the sixteenth century located in the heart of the village (located next to the apartment), the boats of the fishermen, the rocks and the great protagonist, the sea, will alienate you from the rest of the world. An event to be highlighted that takes place every year in August, is the festival of the "Octopus" , which wants to pay tribute to the "Octopus" that saved the population of Tellaro, according to a legend, from the invasion of the Saracens. Another event not to be missed, takes place during the "Christmas" period, when Tellaro celebrates the birth of Jesus, with the underwater Christmas. The baby's statue emerges from the water, run by a group of divers, and is laid out in the food hall. Everything takes place in a historical setting, culminating with the fireworks on the sea, which you can comfortably see sitting on your terrace. In short , what can I say , every reason and every season is good to visit Tellaro and our house will welcome you with grace and a lot of heart!!!
