My husband, Stuart and I have lived here for over 25 years. Our children are grown up and we are enjoying this time of life together. I am a retired teacher of deaf children and still go into school to help out. We love meeting new people and often have medical students staying with us. We enjoy family times and travelling to meet up with friends.

During your stay

I am a retired teacher of deaf children in a local school and can be around most daytimes and evenings. My husband works but is available mornings and evenings. We enjoy meeting new people and sharing our home. We occasionally have a dog in the house as we provide holiday cover for dogs who are training to be hearing dogs for deaf people and also occasionally look after our son’s white Labrador.
