The house is located in Villa Franca , Palmas del Mar ,a quiet residential neighborhood ,within walking distance to main restaurants, bars and a 20 minute walk to the Beach.The rooms have full size beds with closet and a desk for a computer.The house has a very nice terrace and gardens for guest to enjoy.

The space
Palmas is a Mediterranean-style community, which has been a desired destination for years. It has a diverse poll of activities, such as: golfing, tennis, fishing,hiking trails, and beach access. Food variety is ample:Chinese, Mexican, French, pizza, American bar food and local seafood. At a walkable distance, you have access to a small grocery store, beauty parlor, post office and massage therapy. Palmas is very beautiful! Views to El Yunque and Vieques, from scenic, secluded beaches. It is a 45 minute ride to the Rain Forest and the ferry to Vieques & Culebra. Chirstmas time in Palmas is fun ! we have a parade of golf carts for everyone who wants to participate ,childrens love it.New years eve there is a party at Palma Nova Plaza with a beautifull show of fire works ,just for everyone to enjoy.

I am a landscape architect native Puerto Rican and very proud of my Spanish heritage. I love to entertain and have guests in my house, sharing with them all my interests. I have traveled to Europe, Latin America, Greece, US getting to know these cultures and their beautifull cities and monuments. Art and design is very important to me so in my house you will find art work in different media. My house is surrounded with a beautifull tropical garden ,where friends and guests relax and observe fauna: birds, butterflies, coquies etc. I like to read latin American and international literature and have dialogue with friends about their insights of the lectures. I enjoy outdoors and practice snorkeling, mountain bike, hiking and camping outdoors. My life motto is to enjoy life and family in the present moment and adopt new standards to protect the environment.

I can give full orientation to the activities and places you should go during your stay in Puerto Rico, and if you would like a typical Puerto Rican meal, I can cook for you on a special night, for a fixed price,I can also serve as a guide if you would like to go around the island for a daily fee of $ 100.Upon arrival at Palmas del Mar access control ,you specify that are going to be a guest al Mr. ANGEL RODRIGUEZ at Villa Franca ,Vizcaya st #15 they will issue you a temporary pass which you would put on your car during your stay at Palmas,this would allow you easy access every time you come in. NOTE: As you know Palmas was hit hard by hurricane Maria ,the community is still without electicity,Beach bohio ,green areas ,golf courses ,Beach Club were devastated ,restaurants are partially open.La Casa que Canta did not suffer much ,we are preparing to open doors for complete relaxation with a spa in the garden,we will keep you informed.
