Our 'Lilypad' is compact for those who are travelling lite and want a room with a view and internet. An upstairs room as in the pictures. Separate from the farmhouse but close and connected by the roof. Designated bathroom and shower is downstairs. The downstairs area is also our 'Pantry' where we sell stuff from 10am to 4pm. There is a microwave, toaster and kettle in the room. Desk but No kitchen sink. Also smart tv with utube. It has it's own entry and keybox. We are 1km from the village.

The space
The Lilypad option is new in 2020 and is a room with a double bed and it's own access. Shower room and tea and coffee. We can also arrange evening meals and breakfasts for you in our farmhouse kitchen ... See our other listings if you planning a group stay.

We are in a quiet country setting. 1 Km from the friendly well serviced village of Lilydale. The railway line which links us to the village is a nature corridor and at night can be like a visit to the Zoo!
