Nice flat in the heart of a catalan little town

In a narrow cobblestone street of Céret, some steps from the restaurants of Place des Neufs Jets and less than five minutes walk from the Museum of Modern Art and from the cafés on the "Promenade". We are at 28 km from the nearest sandy beaches in Argeles, 34 km from Collioure and its rocky coast and 15 km from the cross-border town of Le Perthus. A good location too for mountain and walking lovers as we are surrounded by nice sunny mountains and not far from our "Canigou", a beautiful 2 784 m.

Situé à 3 mn à pied du centre ville. Céret est une petite ville très accueillante, musée d'art moderne, terrasses de cafés accueillantes, marché du samedi matin, nombreuses animations... Situé à 15 mn des villes thermales d'Amélie Les Bains et Le Boulou, à 30 mn des plages et 10 mn de la frontière espagnole. Au pied des montagnes.

Bel appartement T3 indépendant, propre et très confortable. Situé au 2ème et dernier étage d'une petite copropriété tranquille (2 appartements seulement, sans ascenseur), au calme à 2 pas du centre et proche des thermes. Le logement d'environ 80m2, offre toutes les commodités avec 2 grandes chambres, un salon ( TV, box, wifi), salle à manger, une cuisine toute équipée, une salle de bain avec une grande douche et wc. Terrasse avec barbecue, tables, chaises, parasols...Parking réservé(à 800m).

Moulin en bord de rivière

Le Moulin de Reynès a été construit en 1602, sur la rivière, au coeur d'une vallée préservée à quelques kilomètres de Céret. Il a fonctionné jusqu'aux années 1950 et est toujours en état de marche. La rénovation de la partie habitation date de 2010. Gîte de France classé 3 épis, de caractère totalement indépendant, le long d'une petite rivière. Ce lieux vous accueille au calme avec tout le confort pour un séjour de repos et de découverte. (départ de randonnée sur place).
