    Highlights

    • Your Ambassador dashboard is your go-to place for tracking and communicating with new Hosts

    • You can connect with new Hosts, review their progress and yours, and even help edit new Hosts’ listings directly from your dashboard

As a Superhost Ambassador, you’ll have a personalized Ambassador dashboard where you can follow your new Host connections, monitor how responsive you’ve been to them, and review how they progress on their journey.

Getting started with your new dashboard

To help you stay organized, your Ambassador dashboard will include:

    • The names of all the new Hosts you’ve matched with
    • How far along each new Host has come in listing their space
    • How long each new Host has to complete a qualifying stay

    Maximizing your dashboard

Most Superhost Ambassadors typically dedicate a couple hours each week to connect with new Hosts, and your dashboard can help you make the most of your time. Once you match with multiple new Hosts, you can use your dashboard to communicate, keep track of everyone, and find out where each Host is in their hosting journey.

For example, maybe you come across an article about hosting pets in the Resource Center, and you remember a new Host said they wanted to know more about accommodating dogs. You could head to your dashboard, search for the new Host you’re thinking of, and send them the article with a quick note that you’re available to discuss more if they have any questions.

You’ll also find Resource Center articles in your dashboard curated specifically for new Hosts at various parts of their hosting journeys.

    Tracking new Hosts’ progress

Your dashboard is your go-to place for connecting with all the new Hosts you’re mentoring, and monitoring how each one is doing. As they work on their listing, you’ll notice them progress through each phase.

If a Host has paused for a while, you can reach out and ask if there’s anything you can help with. You can even add private notes based on your most recent conversation with a Host—for example, “Follow up in 2 weeks.”

Helping new Hosts from your dashboard

Sometimes new Hosts just need a friendly message of encouragement, but it may be a good idea to check in with new Hosts regularly and ask if they have any questions or need any specific guidance.

Once a new Host starts to create their listing, you can even request edit access to help with editing their listing, right from your dashboard. The new Host will need to approve your edit access, and they can remove access once you’ve helped them.

With edit access, you can update the listing title and description, photo captions, and more. This is a convenient way to provide personalized support to new Hosts. Superhost Ambassadors can’t publish other Hosts’ listings, but when a listing is ready, a Superhost Ambassador can send it to a new Host for final review before it’s published.

Our Superhost Ambassador has been very instrumental to our success. We’re very grateful for her help and for having her as our Ambassador.

    Exploring your upgraded Host inbox

As you connect with new Hosts, you can also message them directly from your upgraded Host inbox, accessible from your dashboard. You’ll be able to filter messages in your Ambassador folder, create quick replies for frequently asked questions from new Hosts, and schedule messages to send a warm introduction as soon as a new Host reaches out.

For example, you might set up a scheduled message like this one:

Hi [new Host’s name], I’ve been a Superhost for over 10 years, and I can’t wait to help you on your  journey. What questions do you have for me?

As you support new Hosts, visit your Ambassador dashboard regularly to track their progress and follow up. Sharing your experience will help to build the Airbnb community. We’re so excited to get you started as a Superhost Ambassador—thank you for being such an important part of Airbnb!
