    How to add an accurate location for your listing

    To set your address, follow these three steps. Your listing page will show an approximate location to help people decide if it works for them, and guests will only see your exact location after they’ve booked your space.

    1. Enter your address
    When the correct address pops up, select it.

    2. Confirm your address
    You can also refine your address, like adding a unit number.

    3. Make sure the pin’s in the right spot
    If the pin isn't placed correctly, which sometimes happens with newer addresses or larger properties, drag the map until the pin is pointing to the right location.

    After you publish your listing, you’ll be able to choose between two map views—either a general location that shows nearby transportation and landmarks, or a more specific one that shows a pin in a smaller area without showing the exact point.
