The south-facing, sunny view extends from the Rax to the Preiner Gschaid. The house has a heating with two Swedish stoves, which are able to heat the entire house. A modern kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer) and induction cooker completes the basic equipment. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature.

Living with wood, stone, glass and clayEcological construction and sometimes thousands of years old materials (wood, stone, clay, steel and glass) meet modern architecture with sophisticated use of space and intelligent solar technology. We (Christine and Heinz) have fulfilled a dream here near the Rax and built a minimalist and - as we think - very cozy house for our evening of life. As long as we still work in Vienna, we like to rent out to people who also want to enjoy this beautiful place.
