You will have a very spacious apartment all to yourself in this beautiful brownstone building, including a full kitchen, living room, seating area, queen size bed, and large flat screen TV with streaming WIFI, Netflix included. You will be located in a small town 1/2 mile off of I-35, 3 blocks from Hardees, Subway, Kum and Go, and a new Love's truck stop. Also, a short drive to Ames and Iowa State University.

This is Guest Room #2 of 2 guest rooms in our home. They are situated on either side of the shared guest bathroom that has a shower, sink, and toilet. Guests have access to kitchen and laundry room. We have an extremely accessible location to all parts of Ames. Our home is a 15 to 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive to either Downtown Ames or Iowa State University. CyRide bus stop is mere steps away from our front door. Walking/Bike trails to multiple parks nearby.

We have been hosts for almost 4 years and now that our house only has a few things left to renovate we decided it was time for a new listing. Previous reviews are in photos. Spacious private room with attached bathroom. Decorated to make you feel at home and not in a bleak hotel room. Outside of Ames city limits.
