The property offers non-smoking, self catering accommodation with its own south facing, private, courtyard garden, surfboard/suit storage & off-road parking for one car.

Cosy flat close to the sea, town and amenities

The Nook is situated on one of the main roads into Newquay. It is to the side of our home, has its own entrance with key safe and is completely self contained which makes it ideal for social distancing. There is private off road parking just outside in front of the flat. It's approx a 20 minute level walk into Newquay town or alternatively there is a bus stop at the bottom of our drive. The closest beach, Porth Beach, is a 5 minute walk away with all the other Newquay Beaches nearby.

Just over 4 miles away from the beaches at Crantock and Newquay and with views of unspoilt countryside this self contained first floor wing of our farmhouse is tucked away in a secluded valley with direct access to woodland walks. There is a local Spar shop and a village pub at Quintrell Downs 1 1/2 miles away. There are numerous beaches within a 15 minute drive away including Fistral, Holywell Bay and Crantock. The latter two are dog friendly all year round. We accept 2 dogs.
