Nice house with a terrace in a little village

The house is situated in a nice little village (10 km from Portiers) with a river in a calm and quiet environment, surrounded by a big forest and typical french villages. The Futuroscope is a 15 minute drive away. I can lend you bikes. Depending on my disposability it is possible to use my Finnish sauna. This would cost an additional 30 Euro for two people. I'm German originally and speak English fluently. Students, trainees and artists are especially welcome to stay longer.
