Perfect for family and friends reunion. Very large living room and kitchen area with three French windows that lead out onto a covered pergola , from where the view is second to none. La Stalla has been conceived with a simple linear beauty, which today offers an easy, comfortable living space. Cultivated fields sweep gently down to a semi-wooded valley, with Todi resplendent in the distance. A long corridor leads from the living room to the three double bedrooms, and one twin bedroom; all of them have glass doors opening directly into the garden on the “panoramic” side of the house. On the corridor there is also a small single room and two of the three bathrooms. The rooms are furnished in a minimalist, but functional style. Adjacent to the house is the swimming pool, with the same splendid panorama as the covered patio. The house is surrounded on three sides by 3 hectares of open fields which make up part of the property, and by a small wood slightly further away. The property is located nine kms from the charming medieval city of Todi, one of Umbria’s famous cultural jewels. The villa is 400 smt, on one floor, composed by: open space dining/living room with large well equipped kitchen area, with fireplace and French windows opening onto the pergola with panoramic views; 1 single bedroom; 1 master bedroom with en suite large bathroom with jacuzzi and shower, garret with double size mattres; 1 double bedroom; 1 twin bedroom; 1 small bathroom with shower and washing machine; 1 double bedroom with garret with 1 double sofa bed;1 bathroom with bath and shower.
