Large living-dining room overlooking Lake Lugano, open fireplace and well-equipped kitchen-living room with direct access to a terrace. Perfect starting point for excursions to lugano , Como or Lake Maggiore. The "Malcantone" is ideal for hiking, golfing, mountain biking. We lovingly renovated the entire house in March 2018.
