The Cabin is located at Hamurana, in a 2 acre garden setting 350m from Lake Rotorua. Located 120 m from the owners house and is completely private. All around are Sugar Maples with ferns and native plants underneath which attract the fantails. Purpose built and architecturally designed in 2019 as a holiday retreat using passive home guidelines. The cabin is a 15 minute drive from Rotorua CBD, close to all tourist attractions while allowing you the peace and quiet of a luxury retreat.

Large bedsit flat with kitchen and bathroom

The bedsit flat is situated downstairs as part of our 2 storied house. We live upstairs with our dog (a Collie cross called Nessie). It is entirely separate to our part of the house. Do expect some noise from us upstairs, but we try to keep it to a minimum. You have use of your own kitchen with a washing machine, and bathroom. We have a big garden and can offer a parking space for you behind the automated gate. Our place is very close to the beach, we are one road back from the dunes.

The perfect place for a couple wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of city living but close enough to head to town or the beach when you wish. Relax on the deck surrounded by beautiful cacti and succulent gardens at the top of the Papamoa hills. Enjoy the city and ocean views whilst listening to the native birds singing. With the Summerhill Walking and Mountain Bike Trails and Golf Course on our boundary. Ample parking available.
