This beautiful condo offers stunning ocean views from every window as well as an amazing natural breeze. It has 3 levels of living spaces (one of them being a PRIVATE rooftop terrace with its own PRIVATE pool and BBQ spot. It's fully furnished and has all the appliances you could need in your everyday life (it even has its own bar and wine cooler!) The property itself is located up on a hill, which makes it an easy walk downtown but a short Uber back up (you can usually get them for $3 USD)

We are located next to the Elizabeth Taylors house, but directly on the River Cuale. The neighborhood is quiet. Just a 4 minute walk down the river park to the beaches, Malecon and shops. Sleep at night with all the doors open and enjoy the river sound and breeze coming down the valley. Make dinner in the outdoor kitchen and watch the sunset over the Marieta Islands.
