Beautiful penthouse in the heart of Salou, on Paseo Jaime I, in one of the city's iconic buildings, the Noveltti, surrounded by all kinds of services. Newly renovated in its entirety, taking care of every last detail, and with a Zen decoration that invites you to enjoy and relax. 30m2 apartment with a spectacular 100m2 terrace. Located on a 7th floor, with elevator to 6th floor. Definitely the best option to be in the heart of downtown, facing the beach and being able to relax.

Nice apartment. It has one bedroom with a double bed and one and one sofa bed in the main room provided with a full sheet and towel set. Besides, the apartment has high speed internet connection and access to the communal swimming pool (only in summer). The apartment is located beside Plaça d’Europa, a lively yet quiet tourist area next to all public transport. It is situated 1km away from Port Aventura theme park and 5 minutes on foot from the beach.
