At the Gibbon Rehabilitation Project, we have successfully reintroduced gibbons back into the wild where they were poached to extinction over 40 years ago. During your visit, we will introduce you to our mission, research works, and the gibbons in our care. You will have the opportunity to learn and enjoy making gibbon nutrition balls wrapped in banana leaves, which will be put into our long-distance feeding system to feed the gibbons. We will also teach you how to observe and collect valuable research data from the gibbons, as well as how to differentiate and understand each voice they make and the hidden meaning of their movement behaviors. We will share unforgettable stories while following this species in the deep jungle. This is a unique opportunity to become a gibbon research assistant and make a positive impact on their lives. Additionally, if you are lucky, you may also have the chance to see other beautiful wildlife, such as the Oriental Pied Hornbill, Flying Lemurs, Flying Dragon, Golden Orb-weaver Spider, and many more. Our experience ends at 12 pm, but we recommend that you spend an additional hour trekking and appreciating the beautiful waterfall in the last remaining rainforest of Phuket. Please note that we are not a zoo, but much more than that. We rescue, rehabilitate, and release gibbons back into the forest. Our center is a great place to take your kids.

Private Muay Thai sessions are available outside of group training times and last one hour. These can be taken with an instructor of your choice and are a great way to focus on personal goals, or work on a particular technique. Following a 15 minute warmup (which is completed prior to your session beginning) you'll work on your Thai boxing technique to hone your skills and leave with a deeper understanding of the sport. All trainers have extensive experience working with first timers to seasoned pros, so your training needs will be met. We also have showers, a swimming pool with sun loungers, and a café on site so don't forget to bring a towel and a change of clothes to rinse off and relax after your training finishes. Our trainers schedules are quite variable, so we cannot guarantee that a specific trainer will be available to pre-book. However, you will be greeted by either Sam (owner) or Sun (site manager) upon arrival. If you are going to be late, please let us know as soon as possible. We have parking on-site.

During this tour you'll visit the Emerald Pool and Blue Lagoon, the Hot Springs and the Tiger Cave Temple. The Emerald Pool, also called ‘Sa Morakot’ is a unique natural pond with a visually limpid blue color and wonderfully warm waters, making it a stunning spot for swimming. Nearby the Emerald Pool you'll find the Blue Lagoon, a beautiful pool with deep aquamarine-blue water. Don’t be tempted to take a dip in the blue water, because unlike in the Emerald Pool you can’t swim here! Namtok Ron is located in a shady green forest area with numerous hot springs. The hot springs and cool streams converge on a slope to form lovely cascades of warm water. The water comes from volcanic chambers deep underground. Of course you’ll have time to relax in one of the many natural hollows in the creek. Set in a beautiful forest, Wat Tham Suea (Tiger Cave Temple) is one of the highlights in Krabi, for in addition to being a place of worship it is a famous meditation centre, and acts as a retreat for Buddhist monks and nuns. You need to climb 1260 stairs to the top, so a degree of physical fitness is required. Once you make it to the top, you are rewarded with stunning views of the surrounding countryside with all the limestone cliffs and beautiful lush rain forest. If you think the climb to the top might be too tough for you, you can also visit the temple on ground level.
