A very special and unique house which is ideal for single travellers or a couple. Tucked away in a quiet cul de sac with a log burner and floor to ceiling flue, open plan living, big HD smart TV, WiFi, mezzanine bedroom with balcony looking over the lounge, garden extension, waterfall and pond are just some of the extensive renovations I have carried out on the house along with brand new central heating and double glazing. This new house located 15 mins drive to the Birmingham city centre and only 4 minutes walking distance to the Rowley Regis train station and 7 mins away from motorway M5 junction 2, the closest supermarket Lidl 5 mins walk away or Sainsbury’s in Blackheath high street is 3 mins drive away.
